Team store's are accessible through the group code login at the top right of the page. Simply enter in the code you were provided, and you will be re-directed to your site.

I never got a confirmation email, how do I know if my order was placed?

Make sure you check your spam or junk folder to see if your order confirmation email was accidentially delivered there. If you still need further assistance, you can confirm your order with our customer service team by phone or email.

How can I find my size before ordering?

Size charts are available on each products description page. Each size chart is specific to that brand to provide the most accurate fit.

How can I check an items availability?

Clicking on a product's size or color will indicate whether the item is available or not. If you would like further information, you can contact our customer service team.

What if my size is out of stock?

If the size you are looking for is out of stock, we recommend checking back every once in a while to see if the stock status has been updated. Many brands may also carry a similar item that you may like, so feel free to browse our collection.

How do I know if the same color will match across brands?

The best way to be sure your products will match colors would be to purchase items of the same collection. Each collection is designed with a specific fabric and color shade.

How do I care for my uniforms?

Laundering instructions will vary by brand. Be sure to follow the instructions on the care tag on the inside of the garment to extend the life of your uniforms.

Screen Color Accuracy

We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell. However, please keep in mind that actual product colors can vary due to a change in your monitor color settings or a change in your brightness settings.

Embroidery

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes. Embroidery is one of the services that makes Robert's unique. We embroider all of our products in house to maintain the highest standards in the industry.

Will you embroider the products in my order yourself?

Always. Having in-house embroidery is one of Robert's most crucial services. 100% of the products delivered by us were embroidered by us.

What items can I get embroidered?

Any solid colored tops, pants, and jackets can be embroidered. We also can embroider the large majority of our "casual wear" products. For more information, please contact our customer service team.

Can I return an embroidered item?

Unfortunately, items that have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged due to their customized nature.

Shipping & Backorders

When will my order ship?

Orders that can be fulfilled from our warehouse will generally ship the next business day. Orders that include items that need to be ordered from their manufacturer, or items that require embroidery, can take up to two weeks to ship.

What shipping methods are available?

We currently offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from shipment time.

Does Robert's ship internationally?

No, Robert's currently only ships to locations inside the US.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

I only received part of my order - where's the rest?

To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, we may ship incomplete orders prior to shipping the remainder of your items. If you believe you may have received an incomplete order by mistake, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

I entered the wrong shipping address on my order - can i change it?

Please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible if you need to modify your order. If your order has not already begun processing, we can make an adjustment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Robert's complies with all state and local sales taxes.

Why is my item on backorder?

Items marked on backorder are currently out of stock. Once we receive these items, they will ship immediately.

How long will my backordered items take to ship?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to display expected backorder ship dates on our site. To get the most accurate answer, please contact our customer service team at 330-339-6773.

Can I cancel my backordered item(s)?

Backordered items can be cancelled or replaced with an alternative item by contacting our customer service team.

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, we will gladly return or exchange any item(s) purchased within 30 days of receipt. If you use a Robert's return label, $8.99 plus tax will be deducted from your refund. You may also complete your return at one of our stores at no charge.

How do I return items?

You may return items at one of our stores or by shipping the items back to us. More information regarding returns can be found here.

How much does it cost to return?

Returns made at one of our stores are free of charge. If you choose to use a Robert's return label, we will deduct $8.99 plus tax from your refund. You may also use a carrier of your choice, however we recommend you insure your package.

Can I return/exchange in store?

Customers may make returns or exchanges free of charge at any of our store locations.

What if I lost my receipt?

If you are unable to locate your receipt, a store associate may be able to look up your order. If you purchased online and are unable to find your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team and we will try to look up your confirmation for you.

I received the wrong items - what should I do?

If you received the wrong items in your shipment, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Most refunds are processed 1 week after we receive your item(s) back. It may take 1-3 days for your bank statement to be updated. However, if you are receiving a refund via check, it will be mailed the following week.

What if my item is defective?

If you've received a defective item, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Are there any products that I cannot return?

We cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered products.

How long do I have to return an item?

Customers have 30 days from the day of receipt to make a return or exchange.

Can I return embroidered items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of embroidered items.

Can I ship two different returns in one box?

Customers can return items from multiple orders in one box, but please include both order numbers on your return form.

Can I exchange items that I've received an initial discount on, or will I have to pay full price?

When exchanging items that were initially discounted, you will receive the same promotion of your original purchase.

Coupons

How do I use coupons/promo codes?

If given a promo code, you can apply it to your order at checkout.

Can I use more than one coupon code?

There is a limit to one discount code or promotion per order.

I get a discount through my employer/school - can I use that discount online?

Discounts through employers and schools will automatically be calculated on our Team store's. If you are shopping on our general site, you will need to shop on your Team store to receive your discount. Team discounts that have been set up through one of our retail locations may not currently have a Team Store created. Please have your Team leader contact their sales rep. to see if you are eligible for an online team store.

Why isn't my coupon working?

It's possible that your discount has expired or has exclusions. If you have any questions regarding a discount code, please contact our Customer Service department.

Gift Cards

Does Robert's have gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available to purchase at any of our retail locations or through our customer service team.
